BOTH at Magic Latern Movie Fest - May 10th

We're pleased to announce that Blood of the Hog has been accepted to the Magic Lantern Movie Festival! The festival takes place over two weeks in two different locations! May 2nd-4th in Waverly NY and May 10th in Binghamton (at the Art Mission).

We don't have definitive dates/times for the BOTH screenings, but we've been told it will screen both in Waverly and Binghamton. Check back for more info or check out the Magic Lantern website.

March 11th Screening

I just wanted to thank everyone who came to the screening on the 11th. It was wonderful to have such a great turn-out and I had a really fabulous time. My only regret is that I couldn't speak personally with everyone who came.
I also wanted to thank the Art Mission Theater for showing the film and hosting the "Conversations" series. A few people who came to the show had never been to the Art Mission before. I hope you all return because they show some really great films there and they always have something interesting going on. See it on the big screen! Don't wait for DVD.

Finally, because so many people came to the screening on the 11th, we couldn't really do the "conversation" part of the conversations series. This website offers a great opportunity to actually carry on the conversation. So, if anyone has questions/comments about the movie--anything at all--post them. Patrick and I will both be on here regularly and we love blabbing about the thing.

Fantastic Premiere Screening

The premiere screening at the Art Mission was a major success. Over a hundred people showed up! The theater only seats 32 people, so we had to add two additional screenings. Luckily the film is only 18mins long, so people didn't have to wait too long.

Thanks to everyone for coming, and thanks to the Art Mission for allowing us to screen the film as part of their Conversations events.

Here are a few photos from the event.
